Roberto Vita - Director/Massage Therapist

Roberto is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of the Association of Massage Therapists. From a very young age, Roberto has been interested in how the body works. Since moving from Italy in 2015, Roberto has had hands-on experience with many soccer teams, rugby league teams, rugby union teams and cricket teams. In addition, he treated Olympic Athletes, such as divers, swimmers, runners, hockey players.

Roberto graduated with a Degree in Physiotherapy at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in Italy in 2012. After his graduation, he worked in a sport physiotherapy clinic where he increased his knowledge to treat sport injuries in Elite athletes. During his physiotherapy degree and after, Roberto developed his knowledge through the completion of the below courses:

  • Myofascial Cupping Therapy
  • Rotatory Cuff Pathology : The observation, assessment and treatment of shoulder injuries. 
  • Functional Bandaging and Kinesiotape
  • Myofascial release  and trigger points Therapy: Manual treatment and dry needling Therapy 
  • Evaluation of foot, biomechanics disorders of spinal column and inferior limb: assessment of foot and biomechanics disorders of spinal column and inferior limb injuries.

Combining his physiotherapist experience and the manual techniques learnt in Australia, Roberto has an abundance of tools which allows him to identify, prevent and solve dysfunction and injuries with great efficiency, increased athletic performance and help the recovery from an injury.

Danielle Cook - Massage Therapist

Danielle is passionate about keeping people doing the sports and activities they love.

“Pain should not get in the way of what we love to do,” she says. “Regular, targeted remedial treatments can keep you playing and training longer and help prevent debilitating injuries.”

Danielle holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, is a senior member of the Association of Massage Therapists and has completed a Level 1 Sports Trainer with Sports Medicine Australia.

She plays hockey, representing the Illawarra at indoor and field State championships, and is an avid skier and snowsports enthusiast. She has experience in treating both elite and recreational athletes in hockey, tennis, snowsports, surfing, cycling, rowing, gymnastics and dance.

Danielle has also massaged at major charity events including Relay for Life, Cronulla, Endure for a Cure, Eastern Creek, and at the MS Gong Ride.

Elisabeth Davitt - Massage Therapist

Liz is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of the Association of Massage Therapists. Whilst living in the UK Liz studied shiatsu massage and worked part-time as a shiatsu massage therapist.

During her studies in England, Liz acquired a Level 3, Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology at Morley College and an Advanced Diploma in Shiatsu Massage from Middlesex University. She worked predominately with women during pregnancy and was a regular practitioner at Positively Women, a charity for women living with HIV.

After the birth of her two daughters, Liz decided to move into massage therapy full time. Upon returning to Australia in 2012 Liz retrained in Remedial Sports Massage at Loftus TAFE, she has had hands-on experience with NRL rugby league teams, Cricket NSW teams and individual pursuit athletes such as swimmers, cyclists and marathon runners all of which she still currently treats.

Liz is a regular attendee of Parkrun and enjoys the benefits that running provides both physically and mentally.

Liz has also worked as a massage therapist at major charity events including Tri the Gong, Gear Up Girl, Relay for Life, Ride 8848 Royal National Park Charity Cycle Event, Endure for a Cure at Eastern Creek Raceway and MS Sydney to Gong Ride.

Liz is able to integrate her prior learning in Shiatsu into her current practice. She continues to develop her knowledge and skills to date through further study:
