Roberto has literally changed my life! I have never had a better experience with a health practitioner - he has a better understanding of how to treat neck and back issues than any of the many physios or osteopaths or neurosurgeons I have been to over the past thirty years. I went to Roberto a few months ago desperate to get some temporary relief while waiting for surgery on my lower back. I was so bad at the time I couldn't even sit down and my sciatica pain kept me awake most nights. I was on heavy painkillers and could hardly move.Roberto was the first practitioner to do a proper assessment and identify the real source of my problem. Within 3 sessions I was already so much better. I couldn't believe it! I no longer need surgery and am generally pain free for the first time in decades. Roberto's approach is very patient-centred - he takes the time to individually tailor treatment to you and your lifestyle and he has really motivated me to take ownership of my health because I now understand my body and what it needs.He is a wonderful person and an exceptional practitioner - kind, caring, humble and he genuinely listens. I have had a lot of health problems over my life and I have never come across any health professional as talented as Roberto. He is a miracle worker!

Rolled my ankle on three occasions, after the last incident I did not completely recover. Searing pain in my left ankle, constant swelling, sleepless nights and as I work in hospitality and am on my feet all day, my mobility suffered.A visit to a specialist informed me I needed to visit a physiotherapist and possibly need the assistance of a podiatrist.By coincidence my company was invited to cater to the grand opening night of Trinacria last year, the event went well and I was so impressed with the professionalism of the set up and the quiet confident manner that owner Roberto Vita conducted himself that I made an appointment to see if he might help heal my ankle.Roberto examined my ankle, recommended Freeman Podiatry in town and we commenced treatment.From the first treatment I knew I was in the right hands, Roberto confidently and carefully examined my ankles surrounding muscles and lower back using firm massage technique, not easy in such a painful and sensitive part of the body.The orthotics from Luke at Freeman Podiatry are working, after just one week I am beginning to notice a difference, work is no longer as painful, I’m sleeping and the intensity of pain has diminished.Roberto has recommended I settle in for one more week and has given me homework to do, exercises to strengthen my calf and I look forward to continuing my treatment under his guidance. There is great joy knowing I no longer have to live with debilitating pain that was making my life miserable in so many ways and I would highly recommend Roberto at Trinacria as a person you can confidently turn to for caring treatment and advice in a well equiped and highly professional environment.

As an avid long distance runner, my body is constantly being stressed. Roberto takes the time each session to listen to me about how my body is feeling. He then combines his massage therapy skills and his knowledge and experience as a physiotherapist to target specific issues / areas of importance.I highly recommend Rob as an extremely competent and professional massage therapist.

Amazing treatment from Danielle and Roberto at Trinacria Health Therapy. Woke up to a stiff and painful neck and had to try and cope with 2 children under 5. With treatment from Danielle just in one session my neck was completely relieved, no pain, could move my neck and felt back to normal the next day. Thank you so much guys !!

I have had upper back and neck issues for as long as I can remember and have spent a fortune on remedies and professional services with no long term benefits. I started seeing Rob about 9 months ago and have noticed amazing changes and rarely get headaches anymore due to back pain. Would highly recommend Trinacria to anyone wanting lasting results!
