Trinacria Health Therapy are professionals in Remedial, Sport & Rehabilitation massage located in Wollongong, Caringbah and Sutherland. Trinacria Health Therapy provides professional health services by internationally qualified & experienced practitioner, Roberto Vita, and his Team.

At Trinacria Health Therapy, we aim to educate our patients to take care of their bodies through training & stretching with regular treatment to decrease injury & ongoing discomfort.

We supply a range of aids such as trigger point balls, mobility & self-massage accessories & Tera Bands to help with improving muscle strength & stability.

Working with people of all ages & all levels of physicality, we can help with sport & work-related ailments together with issues that can arise as a result of sedentary lifestyles & postural problems.

We’re open for treatments on:

Monday to Friday: 8am – 7pm
Saturday: 8am – 1pm

What happens on my first visit?

Arrive at the clinic 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out a consultation form where you will find general question about your health condition. The Initial consultation is a 60 minutes appointment. The practitioner will ask you general questions about your current condition and ask what your goal is for the session. It may be possible that the practitioner examines your muscular strength and range of motion to identify the main areas to treat. At the end of the session, the practitioner will give you a short and long term plan (if needed).

What are your fees?

Fees vary for the length of treatment and experience of therapist.

Massage Therapists are qualified with at least a Diploma in Remedial Massage. They are equipped to assess and treat your pain and dysfunction at a level which is recognized by many private health funds. The “Massage Therapist” will move to “Senior Massage Therapist” after 2 years of experience in the Company.

Senior Massage Therapists are our most experienced and highly regarded soft tissue professional who have studied a minimum of a Diploma of Remedial Massage. They have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Massage field and in the Company. They are also mentors within our team and provide expert service to elite athletes, corporate organizations and the general public.

Massage Therapist:

30 Minutes – $50 incl. GST

45 Minutes – $70 incl. GST

60 Minutes – $85 incl. GST

90 Minutes – $130 incl. GST

120 Minutes – $160 incl. GST

Senior Massage Therapist:

30 Minutes – $60 incl. GST

45 Minutes – $80 incl. GST

60 Minutes – $95 incl. GST

90 Minutes – $140 incl. GST

120 Minutes – $170 incl. GST

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay Cash or EFTPOS.

What happens if I cancel the appointment with a short notice or I miss my appointment?

If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your booking, the practitioner may apply $30 for the cancellation. If you miss your appointment without notice, the practitioner will apply $60 for the appointment.

Can I claim treatments with Medicare?

No, it’s not possible to claim with Medicare.

How long does each session take?

Allow the allocated amount of time you choose.

Do I have to get my joints “cracked”?

No you don’t.

Can I claim treatments with Health Fund Rebate?

Health funds are available. Rebates vary among providers and depend on your level of ‘extras’ cover.

Roberto has literally changed my life! I have never had a better experience with a health practitioner - he has a better understanding of how to treat neck and back issues than any of the many physios or osteopaths or neurosurgeons I have been to over the past thirty years. I went to Roberto a few months ago desperate to get some temporary relief while waiting for surgery on my lower back. I was so bad at the time I couldn't even sit down and my sciatica pain kept me awake most nights. I was on heavy painkillers and could hardly move.Roberto was the first practitioner to do a proper assessment and identify the real source of my problem. Within 3 sessions I was already so much better. I couldn't believe it! I no longer need surgery and am generally pain free for the first time in decades. Rolled my ankle on three occasions, after the last incident I did not completely recover. Searing pain in my left ankle, constant swelling, sleepless nights and as I work in hospitality and am on my feet all day, my mobility suffered.A visit to a specialist informed me I needed to visit a physiotherapist and possibly need the assistance of a podiatrist.By coincidence my company was invited to cater to the grand opening night of Trinacria last year, the event went well and I was so impressed with the professionalism of the set up and the quiet confident manner that owner Roberto Vita conducted himself that I made an appointment to see if he might help heal my ankle.Roberto examined my ankle, recommended Freeman Podiatry in town and we commenced treatment.From the first treatment I knew I was in the right hands, Roberto confidently and carefully examined my ankles surrounding muscles and lower back using firm massage technique, not easy in such a painful and sensitive part of the body.The orthotics from Luke at Freeman Podiatry are working, after just one week I am beginning to notice a difference, work is no longer as painful, I’m sleeping and the intensity of pain has diminished.Roberto has recommended I settle in for one more week and has given me homework to do, exercises to strengthen my calf and I look forward to continuing my treatment under his guidance. As an avid long distance runner, my body is constantly being stressed. Roberto takes the time each session to listen to me about how my body is feeling. Amazing treatment from Danielle and Roberto at Trinacria Health Therapy. Woke up to a stiff and painful neck and had to try and cope with 2 children under 5.
