Stretching, Strength Exercise

Stretching:

Prepares the body for exercise, increases the range of motion and the muscular elasticity. Moreover, the stretching prevents muscle imbalances that can lead to serious injuries.

Balance and Coordination Exercises

Balance is the ability to stay upright or stay in control of body movement, and Coordination is the ability to move two or more body parts under control, smoothly and efficiently. Both of them are fundamental to improve athleticism and performance.

Strength Exercise:

A method of improving muscular strength by gradually increasing the ability to resist force through the use of free weights, machines, or the person’s own body weight. A good muscular strength condition it’s the base for having joints stability to prevent legaments and tendons injuries.
